Eagle's Buffet
Open Monday thru Friday 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (closed daily from 3:00 p.m.
to 4:30 p.m.), the 250-seat Eagle's Buffet is a full service buffet featuring
a variety of freshly prepared international cuisine. The Eagle's
Buffet also offers a Friday night fresh fish buffet, a Saturday night
Prime Buffet, and a delicious Champagne Sunday Brunch from 11:00 a.m. to
3:00 p.m.
The buffet's unique copper
ceiling imitates a river in motion and is complimented with richly colored fabrics, making it an inviting place to enjoy a
delicious meal during a break in the action.
